summer again!
Since I was in Washington last summer, I decided to spend this summer in Washington on the left coast. The drive was excruciatingly long, but now I am here settled in and working. Here are some pictures from my first week.

Yes that’s right, I’m back after my prolonged blogging sabbatical. Pole sana for the absence. Updating our Wisch Photography website has gotten me to sort through the rest of my DC pictures, and even some post-DC pictures. So without further ado, a sampling of what I’ve been up to the past few months….
First up, flight.
By the miracle of blogging, I am able to pretend like I actually posted this in January, so let’s all go with it. My brother came to visit me in DC and help me drive home cause he’s awesome. Fortunately, it finally snowed a couple of days before I left so that I was able to experience the beauty of the city covered in white. Because my brother was in town, we took lots of pictures.
Summer was awesome. I worked a lot, I hung out a little. I explored the city. Here’s some random pictures from my cathedral tour and hanging out with heather and wes.
I’ve done a little traveling around the area in the past two weekends - great falls and the zoo. The cool thing about both places is that they are surrounded by heavily populated areas - veritable oasis in the dc metro area. Welcome to virginia, I guess. Some pics.
It’s been a busy week - seeing stuff, working, riding the metro a lot. Here
are some pictures from around town.
So I’ve been driving across the country, periodically taking pictures. Here’s my adventure at graceland
, the former home of elvis. Enjoy.
